The INSURANCE COMPANY will NOTIFY YOU when your premium is due and the time frame for remitting payment to them. If the funds are not received they will often send additional notices regarding policy status and finally a NOTICE OF CANCELLATION if payment is not received.
In recent years many companies have mandated that their policies be company direct billed.

While your specific insurance carrier will continue to send you notices regarding direct bill premiums, due to recent industry litigation we are no longer able to send communications from the agency concerning premiums that are Upcoming, about to be Past Due, Past Due, or Notice of Cancellation for Non-Payment.

Please check periodically to ensure your account is in good standing.
 If this is of concern, you may be able to arrange for automatic payment from your bank.  Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
